- Each room is furnished with a bed, including a comforter and bed cover. Tenants also have their own cabinets. Additionally, each room has a private bathroom.

- Yes, every room is equipped with an air conditioning unit.

- Tenants are entirely responsible for cleaning their rooms. However, we have a cleaner for air conditioners and an inspector for damages, among other services.

- Lost keys can be replaced for a fee of 300 PHP, and lost keycards can be replaced for 1,500 PHP.

- Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the premises, but we have designated smoking areas.
